How to Authorize EO CPA as Your CRA Representative

To help us assist you more effectively, please follow the steps below to authorize EO CPA as your representative with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). This allows us to access your CRA account (individual and/or business) and communicate on your behalf.

For Your Individual (Personal) CRA Account

Visit the CRA My Account portal:

  1. Log in using your CRA credentials or through your bank (Sign-In Partner).

  2. Go to the “Profile” tab and click “Authorize a representative”.

  3. Select “Authorize My Representative”, then click “CRA Register my representative”.

  4. Enter our Rep ID: G2WF5D

  5. Follow the prompts to confirm and submit the authorization.

For Your Business CRA Account

Visit the CRA My Business Account portal:

  1. Sign in using your CRA My Business Account credentials.

  2. From the main dashboard, choose “Manage authorized representatives”.

  3. Select “Authorize a representative”, then click “CRA Register my representative”.

  4. Enter our Rep ID: G2WF5D

  5. Select the appropriate CRA program accounts:

    • Corporate Tax (RC)

    • Payroll (RP)

    • GST/HST (RT)

  6. Confirm and submit the authorization request.

What Happens Next?

Once submitted, CRA will process the authorization and notify us when access is approved. This allows us to manage your account, file returns, and respond to CRA on your behalf.
